My names David Bourn, I've recently been diagnosed with cancer of the tongue.

I'll be out of commission for a minimum of 2 weeks after my surgery on the 26th March and wont be able to work. My company doesn't offer sick pay and I wont be able to cover my bills or support my family.

£1,600 (my goal) is the equivalent of 2 weeks of wages I wont be able to earn.
