Help Needed for Naho’s Recovery from Long Covid　奈保の回復支援ファンド

We are fundraising for our beloved friend Naho who is facing the daunting challenge of Long Covid over the past 1.5 years.

The illness kept her away from her home in Berlin for that long, because she had contracted it in Spring 2023 during her temporary visit to Japan. The illness deprived her of the basic life skills such as walking, eating properly, taking a shower and so on and on. But finally she was able to return to Berlin at the end of 2024.

Now she must rebuild her life from scratch while still seeking treatments for recovery. Let’s come together, so that Naho can continue her journey toward good health, regain her vitality and get back to her work. Your contributions will not only aid in covering her many bills and medical expenses, but also help nurture her beautiful work, Give Space that embodies loving kindness and respect for all living beings. Long Covid significantly impacted her ability to pursue GiveSpace, as well as our shared passion of building a community that allows people to see the world through a lens of deeper connection, possibility and hope.

井口奈保さんを支援するためのCOVID-19 (新型コロナ) 後遺症ファンド

こんにちは、私たちは的場陽子（まとばようこ）、尾角光美（おかくてるみ）、藤代健介（ふじしろけんすけ）と申します。

友人であり、尊敬するクリエイター（アーティスト）でもある井口奈保さんが2023年春よりCOVID-19新型コロナウィルス感染症の後遺症に苦しんでおり、仕事ができない期間が長く続いています。彼女の生活と心身の回復を支援するためにGofundmeにチャレンジすることにしました。

皆様からのご支援は、奈保さんが再び健康と日常を取り戻し、彼女の仕事でありソウルワークであるGive Spaceをまた軌道に乗せ、経済的にも社会的にも「ごく普通な生活」を取り戻したいという彼女の切なる願いのための大きな力となります。

奈保さんのストーリー

奈保さんは2023年春の日本への一時帰国中に新型コロナに感染し、非常に重い後遺症を発症しました。

起きる、歩行する、食事をする、シャワーを浴びるなど、最低限の活動すらできない状態が何ヶ月も続きました。

日本ではまだ専門治療が受けられる医療機関もほとんどないため、最初の1年ほどは複数の医療機関を受診し、さまざまな急性症状に対する対処療法の投薬をしながら、自主的に考えたリハビリメニューを軸に、自己負担の統合医療の治療（鍼灸、漢方、CBDオイルなど）も並行して試してきました。

今でも自主的リハビリで回復に努めつつ、帰ってきたベルリンで新たな専門的治療を探そうとしているところです。

このために、それまでに11年間暮らしと、仕事の拠点を築いてきたドイツのベルリンに1年8ヶ月間、帰ることができない状態でしたが、2024年12月にようやく小康状態の中、ベルリンまで飛行機に乗ることに挑戦しようと決意するまでには至りました。

しかし、働くことができない時期が長く続いたため、経済的に大きな負担を抱えています。

これまで11年住んだ暮らしてきたベルリンで、生活の土壌を再度築いて、仕事に向き合いたいと考えている奈保さんを、彼女の存在とクリエイティビティから影響をうけた友人として、サポートしていきたいと思います。
