Knoxville Fire Rescue Gear Washer!

The Knoxville Fire Department Association is made up of the members of the Knoxville, Iowa Fire Department. Our goal is to help our members continue to be able to provide high quality customer service while remaining safe.  We have become aware that our protective turnout gear is actually holding cancer causing chemicals that can only be cleaned using a special washing machine built for turnout gear.  With specialty equipment comes an expensive price tag!  We are trying to raise money to pay for half of this washing machine through the association.  The total cost will be roughly $10,000.  With your contributions we will be one step closer to making sure our guys stay cancer free and continue to provide high quality public safety to citizens of Knoxville and surrounding communities!
