Following weeks in a coma, he developed a rare and life-threatening airway condition that makes every breath a struggle. Despite multiple surgeries, his only hope now is a complex, high-risk tracheal resection surgery.

Dalton has always served his community with courage and heart—now he needs our help. His family faces overwhelming medical, travel, and recovery costs as they search for a specialized surgical team.
