Knowles Flooding Fund

The Knowles were a random real estate referral moving to Florida  from another state. We met and I showed them a ton of houses before choosing one that they absolutely loved and fit their needs perfectly.  We became good friends, and Marianne even came to work with me. Unfortunately, their dream home was very prone to flooding and it was not disclosed to them by the sellers. They have been battling water in their home all summer, and with this storm they took on an unthinkable amount of water and it is continuing to destroy their home and belongings. They have had it inspected and there is mold evident throughout the home. They are now having to find an extended stay hotel to go with their dogs, come up with lawyer fees, and begin replacing much of their stuff including their 1 year old daughters toys, bedding, etc. Please help however you can so they can start over!
