Hello my name is Kelsey, you will probably know me for my content I make to show people my travels and the ocean life around the world. For the past 2 years I have lived on a sailing catamaran with my family. Sailing is my passion and I absolutely cherish every moment I'm out at sea. Honestly, I'm not sure I would ever want to go back after this experience.
Recently, I have gotten divorced from my spouse and have to move off my boat. However, I have about 600$ to my name...... Whomp whomp. So I am coming to the good people of the internet. I am asking for 25,000 dollars for a 1980 Sailcraft Comanche 32, a boat that I can navigate the world with and document it for the world to see. I have picked this boat because of its vast sailing history, I would be renaming it "Knot Straight" as well as paint it my favorite color........ PINK! I completely understand how un serious this seems but I assure you I am a very capable sailor with thousands of nautical miles under my belt. I am ready to take on the challenge of single handling this beautiful boat. My ultimate dream is to sail this boat until the day I die.
here is the break down of money the boat its self is listed at 20k and I am asking for 25k, why the extra 5k you may ask. Well simply put the extra 5k is to cover what the site will keep and the work that will need to be done while it is out of the water before I launch her back in and start my grand adventure. I personally would like to put a deposit on this boat and take it off the market so I can start the work that needs to be done before I splash it. I am the right owner to continue sailing this 46 year old beauty for the rest of my life and the next 60 years of her life. Literally any amount would be appreciated and never forgotten.
