Knocking on your hearts to save our Papa.

Hi I am Noureen Aguilar. First, I would like to thank my Aunt, Meryl Manzo for organizing this fundraising for my father. My family is humbly asking for your help for my father, Zaldy Ortega Aguilar, who is currently admitted to a Medical Center in Las Piñas; he is in ICU. Papa Zaldy suffered a massive heart attack last Monday 08/15/22. He arrived in the ER with 70/50 blood pressure with heart rate only in the 37. He was immediately intubated and admitted to ICU. The cardiologist suggested to do an angiogram to see the blockage on the arteries of his heart. Today 08/17/22 the angiogram was completed and reveals that the arteries that supplies blood to the right side of the heart of Papa Zaldy is completely occluded and the arteries on the left side of the heart is about 60% occluded. The doctor attempted multiple times to do an angioplasty to relief the blockage on Papa Zaldy’s arteries but unfortunately it is unsuccessful, the blockage was too hard budge to attempt angioplasty. The doctor said that the only next option is to do an open heart surgery for coronary artery bypass. Papa Zaldy is still intubated in the ICU and too unstable to be sent home. Medical bills are piling up, we are seeking help from the charities from the hospital as well as to the public government in the Philippines. The coronary artery bypass alone cause about 1.3 million pesos, the angiogram and angioplasty is about 300,000 pesos, it does not include the per day rate stay in the ICU. With God's grace, Papa Zaldy cooperates with all the procedures and is conscious. We are knocking on your hearts and asking for your financial help and powerful prayers to help us save our Papa Zaldy.
