Knocking on your GOOD heart for his HEART

Greetings of Peace and Goodwill!

I'm Gayette Magana, daughter of Ramonchito N. Magana, who is in need for Angioplasty. I am starting this go fund me for my father who was previously admitted last October 1-6, 2024 in Lung Center of the Philippines due to difficulty of breathing even at rest. He was diagnosed of Acute Coronary Syndrome, Non ST elevation Myocardial Infarction, Hypertensive Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Coronary Artery Disease and Type II Diabetes Mellitus. He was advised for Coronary Angiogram ASAP hence was admitted in Philippine Heart Center last October 18-20, 2024. Angiogram revealed native 3 vessel disease and 2 vessel graft. He was then advised for Angioplasty which costs around 300,000 Php, but due to financial constraint, he decided not to proceed for now as we're unable to bear the full cost of the required medical treatment.

This fundraising is important for our family since it will help us afford the medical procedure of our father. Our savings and his savings from working abroad before were used in his Coronary Artery Bypass Graft way back 2009 in which he had his first heart attack. He is currently a part time Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) driver to provide their daily expenses. He receives a small amount of pension which is allotted for his maintenance medications.

We are humbly knocking on your good heart and generous hearts to raise 300,000 Php to help our father undergo Angioplasty ASAP and aid with other medical expenses, We will be forever thankful for all your help and assistance.
