As you would have seen recently, the meadow has truly come to life. This has encouraged visitors, both human and insect.
We are immensely proud of what has been achieved by all the volunteers - made possible thanks to your donations.
We hope you will enjoy watching the meadow evolve over the coming months as the native wildflowers bloom.
At the end of Summer our volunteers will be busy again. We will need to scythe and strim the area and remove all clippings to a designated composting site. This will incur costs and it's for this we ask your support.
Removal of the clippings is essential in order to reduce fertility so that wild flowers can out compete the grasses that will dominate the space if this work is not completed.
Please help us continue the process, and help create a valuable community space.
