Hi, my name is Debbie and I am fundraising for the Knight family. Sunday the father and two small girls were in a car accident. The father is in ICU with injuries that will require ongoing surgeries and a rehab period of time of at least 3+ months. The car was the only reliable family vechicle and it is total loss; they only had liability coverage. THe mother has survived 2 rounds of cancer and was only recently given a positive outlook for recovery after extensive surgery.

The father is the only financial provider, sole proprietor contractor, so this situation is extremely strenuous on the family.

The goal is to raise enough money to buy them a replacement auto and help with rent/utilites/groceries for the next few months until the Father is back on his feet.

The father and girls were on their way to church when the car in front of them slammed on brakes; wet roads caused the father to lose control of the car and hit a tree as he swerved to miss the stopped car.

All proceeds with be handled by myself and are solely for the purpose of caring for this family.
