Jayme's Concussion Treatment
Donation protected
When you think of Jayme (Farrell) Thompson, words like Positive, Caring, Sporty, Kind, Smiley and Bubbly come to mind. This amazing friend had a horrible concussion during a football match eleven months ago and has the spent the best part of the last year doing all she can to recover. She continued to work as a teacher at CIS and a volunteer coach for the school and Sunset youth football teams but removed herself from all the sports she played.
Despite months of rest and taking on board medical advice, she is yet to return to good heath as her injury was so severe. In January 2019, she returned to Canada to undergo treatment at specialist concussion clinics. Although the treatment is essential, it has unfortunately left Jayme with large and ongoing medical bills. We can't nurse her back to health but can do all we can to ease the financial burden during this difficult time. Please give what you can to help us support this wonderful teacher, coach and friend Jayme.
