It is with sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of our father, Jose Luis Ortiz. On Friday, November 26th, 2021, he was rushed to the emergency room. Immediately upon arrival, he was diagnosed with an acute heart attack, which than resulted in 27 days in the ICU. After many days of uncertainty and not knowing if his condition would improve, my family and I were informed on December 22nd, 2021, that there was no more medical hope left to help sustain his life. With heavy hearts, we had to accept the reality of his condition and prepare for his passing. On Thursday, December 23rd, 2021, he took his last breath and was called home to be with his Creator.

We are extremely grateful for all the love, support and prayers that everyone has given my family and I during these moments.

After trying to seek financial help to cover his funeral and burial costs, sadly, we were unsuccessful. So now we are left with all the expenses. With your help, we hope we can reach our goal, to be able to lay him to rest. Any contribution helps greatly.
