Assist the residents of the Manning Valley recovering from the worst flood on record. The community is only recovering from a 1 in 100 year flood in 2021 only to be hit with a 1 in 500 year flood 4 years later. Many home owners weren’t able to afford insurance after the 2021 floods and lost everything with no means for replacement the most recent floods. Any support would be greatly appreciated
