Anyone who knows my brother Matt Wilson knows that he would give the shirt off his back to help someone.  He is always the first to offer help and the last to ask for it.  This is our opportunity to help him and his family.  

Just days before Matt is to undergo back and neck surgery, he has been laid off from his job where he worked for over 15 years.  Matt has been living with debilitating neck pain that has affected every aspect of his life.   It has taken multiple appointments with doctors and specialist to identify the issue and approve a surgery that should help.   It will be near impossible for him to find a new job before the surgery is performed with adequate time to recover.  Matt has a wife and three children whom he supports and needs help to cover living expenses during this difficult time.
