Kayden has a very serious disease, Spinal Muscular Atrophy. He has already had  several long hospitalizations. My  husband and I are his only trained family caregivers. We have both lost many days of work and pay due his tremdous medical needs. We have incured many expenses due to his disease including moving to a handicap accesible home and having to purchase a van to transport all his medical equiptment.
