Help Mariah Get Back on Her Feet

Hi friends,

I never ask for help; if you know me, you know that. This is honestly one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but right now, I could really use a hand.

I recently left a domestic violence situation, and I’ve been doing my best to stay safe and rebuild. For the moment, I’ve been living out of my camper van and staying with friends while figuring out the next steps. My townhouse, which I’m so grateful to own, is currently filled with amazing tenants, so moving back there isn’t an option right now.

Recently, my van stopped backing up, and I just found out it’s under recall. My insurance doesn’t cover rentals, and recalls aren’t included either, so I’m without reliable transportation and housing; on top of all the moving costs that have come up, like U-Haul and storage fees.

Funds raised will go toward:

• Car rental, transportation costs, and a hotel while my van is being repaired

• Moving and storage expenses
