Hi everyone, this is Melanie back with another friend who I am trying my hardest to help. He is a young man named Khalil, and I will show you his story.

"My name is Khalil and I´m a Palestinian currently living in the Gaza Strip, in the middle of war.

My family and I live since the beginning of this war in fear, conflict, humiliation and hunger.

We lack clean water, and food is a luxury if you can find it.

Very often we don't have anything to eat for days and we don't even have warm clothes. It's freezing cold in the tent at night. A bag of flour costs about $300 and is often full of vermin.

We urgently need support to be able to leave the tent camp.

Now that the ceasefire is over, we can't leave the camp because we don't have any money. Our home has been completely destroyed and we don't know where to go.

Everything costs a lot of money here.

My family consists of 7 people, my parents are a bit older and urgently need warm clothing and the opportunity to get away from here.
