Klage gegen Versammlungsbehörde vor dem Verwaltungsgericht

Mein Name ist Torsten Dietzold, ich bin 48 Jahre alt, wohne in Köln, bin politischer Aktivist und dokumentiere regelmäßig israelfeindliche Demonstrationen für Klare Kante e.V. in Köln.

Das erfolgte bisher hauptsächlich in Form von Videoaufnahmen, was mir nun durch die Versammlungsbehörde in Köln unter fadenscheinigen Begründungen verboten wurde. Dagegen möchte ich vor dem Verwaltungsgericht klagen, damit ich weiter dokumentieren kann, kann es aber nicht selber finanzieren. Daher bitte ich hier um Spenden. Worst Case: Ich verliere vollständig, dann muss ich die Gerichtskosten tragen, meinen Anwalt und den der Versammlungsbehörde, wenn eine externe Kanzlei von dieser beauftragt wird. Gerichtskosten: ca. 500€, Anwalt jeweils 500€ – 1000€. = 2500€ Sollte ich den Prozess gewinnen, fallen keine Kosten an und ich brauche das Geld nicht.

In diesem Fall geht die gesamte Summe an den Verein Nir Oz in Bergisch Gladbach. Sollte der Spendenbetrag die Kosten übersteigen, geht die Differenz ebenso an den Verein Nir Oz.

I would like to file a lawsuit against this in the administrative court so that I can continue documenting, but I can't finance it myself. Therefore, I'm asking for donations here. Worst case: I lose completely, then I have to pay the court costs, both for my lawyer and for the assembly authority, if they hire an external law firm. Court costs: approximately €500, lawyer's fee: €500 – €1,000 = €2,500. If I win the case, there are no costs, and I don't need the money. In this case, the entire amount goes to the Nir Oz association in Bergisch Gladbach. If the donation amount exceeds the costs, the difference also goes to the Nir Oz association.
