My beautiful wife Narelle suffered a devastating brain injury on May 1st 2014 and has been in hospital ever since. She is wheelchair bound and will be unable to work in the foreseeable future.
We are getting close to getting her home from hospital but we require modifications to our home to allow wheelchair access. We will receive some support from government funding but as Narelle and I are not working it will be tough. I gave up work in June 2014 to be part of Narelle's day to day care and rehabilitation. We also need to keep paying the mortgage.
The home modifications need to be done before Narelle can be released from hospital, so with that in mind I am seeking assistance from Narelle's massive support network.
I truly wish I was in a financial position not to ask for assistance but unfortunately that is not the case.
