My name is Katie, I was told 10+ years ago when I tried to unalive myself that in order for people to know you are in need is by speaking up and asking, the worst you can be told is no. "No one can help if no one knows, right..?"

So here it is....

I am a single parent of 3 beautiful girls 2 who are under 18 at home. I have been fighting for the past few months to keep up with rent and utilities. Unfortunately for the last few months I was having a hard time acquiring a job due to losing my vehicle cause I could no longer afford it with insurance and the other expenses, I have since been able to borrow a vehicle and 3 weeks ago was able to aquire employment. Unfortunately not soon enough and more disaster happens... my children and I are facing eviction within the next couple of weeks and on top of that Thursday evening everything in my home started to back up through the tubs and toilets flooding everything due to a pipe burst under our home that we were not aware of for the drainage and it's going to cost over 1000 dollars for a plumber to fix it and at this point we're not only going to be evicted but my children and I cant even shower or use the restroom properly, as hard as it is for me to have to put my story out here for some help this is unfortunately my last out of this situation for my children and I. Anything will help, even just 1$ or even if you can just share my story. UPDATE...... THANK YOU to those that have reached out, helped or shared my story.... Pipes are fixed... kids are back home and now to work on making it out the hole with my mortgage.... Thank God, I still have my Job!!! ❤️ Again I can not express my appreciation enough... please keep sharing....
