Stem Cell Treatment for SCI

Hello I am looking to raise money so I will be able participate in a adult stem cell treatment in Panama. I have been researching clinical trials in the U.S but have had no luck.

After 13 years of being paralyzed from the waist down I have finally discovered a research facility/ hospital that has a promising treatment for Spinal Cord Injuries(SCI)
 
This treatment is expensive but it would be life changing to regain any sensory and movement. If you could help me in anyway to reach my goal of walking again I would be grateful for your generosity and support. Thank you for your time :)
