Carrie Clay is a brand new young mother whose child was born on Sept 4, 2021. Since the delivery of her child, Carrie has experienced severe sepsis and complete lower body paralysis from the belly button down from unknown causes after recieving an epidural during labor.  They have now found blood clots in her legs and her lungs. Currently all of her family lives 1200 miles from her and she has no help at home for her or her newborn. She will most likely require hospitalization and lengthy rehabilitation until she can regain use of her legs. Please help us to get Carrie relocated to a treatment facility closer to home where she can recieve care for her diagnosis, rehab, and be closer to her family who can help take care of her newborn daughter while she recovers.
