COVID-19 Cargo Relief for Korean Dogs

Korean airlines are still restricting flights due to COVID-19. That means we don’t have the flight volunteers we need to bring the dogs we’ve rescued back to the US. We want to keep saving vulnerable dogs from South Korea, but we can’t continue operating without your support.
The lives of dogs at Korean shelters, puppy mills, and dog meat farms—as well as strays—are at risk. We desperately want to save them, but until the dogs at our overcrowded facility in Bundang, Korea are brought back to the US, we can’t take in any more. Right now, our best chance to get these dogs adopted is to fly them to NYC via cargo at a cost of almost $600 per dog. We desperately need your help to fund their flights home.
Our March fundraiser raised just over $22,000. With your donations, we were able to bring 38 rescued dogs back to the US via cargo. When one of our dogs gets adopted, it allows us to rescue even more dogs who need us. That means we really saved 76 lives with your help!
Please support us this Giving Tuesday so that we can fly our current dogs in Bundang via cargo to NYC. By helping us reach our $30,000 goal, you’ll make it possible for us to fly at least 50 rescued dogs to NYC for adoption. This will enable our facility to take in additional at-risk dogs and save them from euthanasia.

We are a non-profit, No-Kill 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization that saves dogs from the meat trade, puppy mills, and high-kill shelters in South Korea. We transport these dogs to the United States, where we place them in loving forever homes. Through this process, we can spread awareness about the brutal dog meat trade and advocate for the voiceless dogs that are still suffering.
