Surgery for Luigi

This is Luigi!
He is a very bad dog but is also my best friend and I love him with my whole heart. He was a rescue so the only things I can tell you about what kind of dog he is are “menace”, “around seven years old”, loves snacks, hates walks”, and “usually likes being snuggled.”
Unfortunately, Luigi has recently developed some cancerous lumps that need to be operated on to remove (let me know if you want more science about this but, tldr: the boy needs surgery.) Also unfortunately, because sometimes life has a way of pooping all over you all at once, I, as well as the the other previously employed members of my family, have lost our jobs as a result of COVID-19 and have no way of being able to pay for this surgery or Luigi’s upkeep.
I hate asking for things— that’s always been a stupid and stubborn point of pride for me. I also know that we are in the middle of a pandemic, and so many people need help, and there are so many causes out there that need our attention. But I would move heaven and earth for this dog, and I am at a loss for what else to do at this point, so I’m giving this a shot.
