Hi! My name is Roberto Alejandro Villarreal, and I have a little story to tell, and favor to ask.

Roughly three years ago, I met someone who I thought, “wow, this guys kinda cool, I need an excuse to talk with him more.” And… I thought of anything, anything that would give me that excuse… and it turned out that we both liked writing.

I never thought, that would become the basis and connection for the person who means more to me than anyone else, my partner, Qual, or Nirvan, or however you know him. He has been, without fail, the light of my life, my best friend, my most trusted confidant and my unwavering support.

And I’d love to take the next step on our journey, and close the distance that separates us. I live in the US, in Arizona, and he lives all the way in Australia. A wide berth, one that I can close, but that requires a little more than I have.

My goal here is to raise the minimum funds necessary to acquire my Working Holiday Visa, to give me the opportunity to learn more about the land my partner lives, and an opportunity to spend time with him more than that.
