Help me get my quality of life back!

I am a Mum to two amazing young boys, Nate and Sammy, and married to the most amazing man, Dave. Sadly my boys have only known life with me in and out of hospital. Since they were born I have averaged 2 hospital stays per year, with it usually being a minimum 4-5day stay in hospital. In that time I have gone though a number of major surgeries, with the longest being 13hrs where I had a double mastectomy and bilateral breast reconstruction, followed by 2 weeks in hospital, for breast cancer.
I am a survivor having kicked not only breast cancer to the curb in that time, but also early stage ovarian cancer. I am here to fight for our boys and be there for my husband. However, as a result of years of surgeries, medical procedures, an auto immune disorder, chronic ill health and severe chronic pain, my quality of life is no longer at a quality level, and I'm missing out on valuable time with our family as I physically cannot keep up with our busy life.
Therefore, I am reaching out for help. I am about to have a week in hospital for ongoing chronic illness and severe ongoing chronic pain. I have been advised my best chance at quality of life is a Spinal Cord Stimulator. This will help many elements that are currently holding me back and restricting my life with my family. It will basically scramble the messages my nerves are sending to my spinal cord and then to the brain, hopefully, reducing the pain I'm in and also assist with a number of other neurological symptoms.
However, we are struggling to keep up with medical expenses, and after years of getting by on our own, we are now at the point where the money has run out. If this trial works I will need another week in hospital where they insert the permanent device. This will be costly for us and we will only partially be covered, leaving a hefty out of pocket expense, plus the time off work required will sadly be leave with out pay as I have exhausted all my allocated leave with sick days and other hospital stays.
This is why we need help. We are asking for any help that will go to paying off medical bills, plus the household bills that we will struggle with due to being down to one income. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And for those who cannot help financially please share this with your friends, so we can prevent our family going under. I am usually the one giving, so it is hard to be the one now asking, but we have gotten to the point that we have nothing left and need the help of family, friends and the community.
