Help needed after a house fire

Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,

I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart and a desperate need for support. Just days before the new year, my home was devastated by a fire caused by an oil burner in the basement. Thankfully, my family of four made it out safely, but we’ve lost everything and are left with nowhere to go.

As if the tragedy of losing our home wasn’t enough, we have no family support to turn to, and unfortunately, my landlord has been of no help at all. He has continued to call but hasn’t offered any real assistance during this time of crisis.

The uncertainty and stress we’re facing right now is overwhelming. We need help to cover immediate expenses like temporary housing, food, and basic necessities as we try to rebuild our lives from the ground up.
