Zander has a significant head turn and we FINALLY found out why!
On Jan 16, 2015 we loaded up the car and went to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. The long 6.5 hour drive was well worth it! The doctor there stated he has a nystagmus and will need a surgery to correct it.
We will have to go back 3 months from now for a follow-up. Then they will schedule the surgery where they will detach his eye muscle and attached it to a different spot so he will not have to continue to turn his head. All in all we will probably have to go back 3-4 more times.
As many of you know the journey has been and will continue to be very expensive with travel expenses, missing work, and the medical bills.
Please keep Zander in your thoughts and prayers and if you want to help out financially that would be amazing!!
