Benjamin deserves a celebration of life. He put everyone in his life around him first before himself, and spread as much positivity as he could along the way. He fought a good fight, he ran his race, and he ran it with grace. Ben at times would struggle mentally or physically, but still found it in his heart to care for everyone around him, and touched many people.
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

Hello, my name is Bernard Estey, most of you know me as Joe. Today I’m asking for some help. This is going to be the hardest video I’ve ever had to put together… but for those of you who aren’t already aware, my oldest brother Benjamin is no longer with us.
On June 24th 2022, in the late hours of the night, Ben was pronounced deceased. He had a freak asthma attack that stopped him from breathing and was rushed to the ER, but unfortunately, he didn’t make it. The doctors tried everything.
My family is devastated, and I appreciate everyone who reached out with their condolences. I have been asked many times about service and funeral information, and to be honest, we could use some serious financial help there. I want my brother to have a funeral, so I am asking donations of any size in the gofundme to help us potentially afford it.
If we are unable to raise enough money, there will be some sort of service such as a celebration of life in lieu of a funeral. But with how many people have reached out to my family and myself in the last couple days, i’m hoping the next time you hear from me is when i’m announcing funeral details if we make it that far.
Ben was a son, a fiance, an older brother, a friend to say many who just needed someone, and frankly, one of the coolest people i’ve ever known. I just want my family and i to have the ability to see him out properly and i appreciate everyone’s support.
