Adam CZYZ Memorial Fund

We are unbelievably shocked and devastated by the sudden loss of our dear friend Adam CZYZ, who passed away two days after Thanksgiving, at the age of 54.

Adam was incredible person, who fought many battles in his own life, and indeed he had more battles to fight than most could handle. But he never gave up and always pursued forward with a positive outlook on life. Suffering for years with a Type-1 Diabetes, he had a kidney transplant. Then, a few years later, he had a pancreas transplant and heart bypasses. He never gave up, and with only short time needed for a hospitalization and recovery, Adam worked full time supporting his family, mostly on 12-hours shifts!

He was an extraordinary man: always smiling, full of optimism, with time to help anybody in need. Telling jokes, loving sport, having an amazing memory, he was an inspiration for his family and friends.
