Get back home fund

Hello my name is Mark and I am living in my car because I did something good for a very bad person. My ex was getting kicked out of her apartment and I let her move in with me as she has a 16 yr old son and didn't want her to be homeless. This was in July 2022. Fast forward to Feb 2023 she hasn't really been working and all she wants to do is smoke pot, cigarettes and play with her tarot cards. We had an argument about finances and infidelity and I wanted her to move out as it was obvious to me that she was just using me. When I told her to move, she then called the cops and told them I threatened her which they put a restraining order on me and I can't get into my own house now. This happened on Feb 27 and I still have to pay rent on the apartment as I don't want to lose it. The ex is living rent free in my apartment while I sleep in my car. It's been more than 3 months of this and now I have to pay the bills to the house while pay a lawyer to get her out and that's why I am posting this. The lawyer costs are reasonable but I, like many other Americans, am living paycheck to paycheck and need some help so I can get my ex out and I can move back into my apartment. All I wanted to do was help out someone who needed help and I got shafted and now I'm sleeping in my car. Any help to pay the lawyer and speed up the process to get her out will be so appreciated.
