Help me with my transgender transition!

Hello, my name is Esha Galore Pierre and I am a transgender woman. I am a loving and compassionate person that is transitioning to further discover and become my true self. Due to lack of family support, I am hoping to raise funds in order to receive the procedures I need in order to feel more like the woman I am.
