Sympathy Announcement and Call for Support. Help Kiyona as she was lost in time but not our Hearts.
It is with a heavy heart that we share the bittersweet news that Jane Doe, has now been positively identified through forensic DNA as 15-year-old Kiyona Arnold. On June 5, 2025, her sister received the long-awaited confirmation that has brought both closure and renewed grief to the family.
Kiyona was taken too soon, and for decades, she rested without a name. Now, her family is seeking to honor her memory with the dignity she deserves — through a proper memorial service and headstone that reflects the love, loss, and life of a young soul who was never forgotten.
We are asking for your kindness and support during this time. Any donations toward the cost of the service and memorial would be deeply appreciated as we give Kiyona the farewell she was long denied.
Memorial date will be annouced as soon as I secure a venue
