Kiya Rae’Ann McBride left this earth on November 1, 2017. She was a beautiful ray of sunshine who brought joy and light to everyone she encountered. She loved music, singing, and dancing. It wasn't uncommon to find her dancing and singing to herself. She also loved playing soccer. She played in the Orcutt youth soccer leagues for 5 years and was on 2 all-star teams. She also loved animals, and had a special love for babies and children. Kiya was a kind-hearted soul who did not know an enemy and had many friends and people she cared about. She deeply loved her family. Her family deeply loves her. She was an absolute joy to know, and we are so blessed to have had 14 1/2 beautiful years with her. She will be remembered as the person who brought joy to everyone around her and the last choice she made will not define her.
The proceeds raised in this campaign will cover the cost of the memorial service and cremation, and her parents AmandaMcBride and Mark McBride lost wages and moving expenses during this difficult time.
Depression is real, it cannot go unnoticed. Please don't ignore even 1 possible sign of depression. There are resources out there to help us all.
Your continued prayers are greatly appreciated as we go through this difficult time.
All proceeds will be handled by her Aunt Michelle Reed-Elling.
