Update:
It is with a really heavy heart that Juno passed away this morning. She declined so quickly overnight and I just had a feeling that this is what has to happen. I held her in my arms for a while and eventually set her back in bed, where she decided to rest for good. I am heartbroken but I have my support. Thank you all for giving her a chance. I will change the name of the title, and we will work on a burial for her. I will still greatly appreciate any assistance with the Vet bill, as the finances have made things difficult with bills and rent.
This little stray kitten was found yesterday at death's door - extremely emaciated, lethargic, unwilling to move or even flee. Instead, she sat on the sidewalk and refused to move. I couldn't bear seeing a little kitten in need and brought her to the vet. The wonderful team at MarQueen in Ontario has saved her; she was in severe hypovolemic shock from anemia, likely due to fleas. I was told that had, I not taken her in, she would have died in the street that night. However, she's doing so much better with life saving interventions!!
I am here requesting for some assistance with the vet bill. It's high because unfortunately it was the only vet ER last night that took strays. She is doing better and needs to be cared for inpatient for 48 hours. The vet bill is very high and I am seeking help during this trying time.
