Kitten's Fight for Life After Flash Flood
Donation protected
On July 4 and 5, Georgetown, Texas, as well as a girls' camp further away, was hit by a flash flood. Multiple homes were displaced, and animals were lost in the flood. Lives were lost, and people are still missing.
My daughter and I spent the day helping to rescue a very small kitten who was buried with trees and hay that was thrown in the river. It took over 5.5 hours to free the kitten, and we want to get it to the vet ASAP for treatment but need help with the funds. Every little bit helps. Please help save this kitten. She fought hard to survive and is fighting hard to stay alive. We want to help in any way we can. For right now, she is warm, dry, very scared, and getting a lot of love. Remaining funds from this fund raiser will go to a local animal shelter or animal rescue who has been affected by floods as well as supplies for families that have been displaced . Let’s all pull together and help this little one out as well as others! Thank you!
