Kitten+Puppy Formula for LA Shelter

THE RESCUE TRAlN is a unique, 501(c)3 non-profit, no-kill organization dedicated to eliminating animal suffering and euthanasia through hands-on rescue work, dedication to spay/neuter, education and awareness.
We recently partnered with Downtown Dog Rescue to run a shelter intervention program at the East Valley Shelter in Los Angeles, California. We learned that due to budget cuts the shelter no longer has kitten and puppy formula. Kitten season is upon us! The shelter has fosters in place that will bottle feed but we desperately need formula for the motherless unweaned kittens and puppies.
The Rescue Train is asking for your help to donate whatever you can so that we can buy the formula that is needed and donate it to East Valley. With the help of the caring shelter staff, we estimated what they will need:
8 Cases of kitten formula (KMR) = $1184
4 Cases of puppy formula (Esbilac)= $592
Total: $1,776
