Kitten Rescued from House Fire
Donation protected
On the night of August 18th, while engaged in suppressing a structure fire I heard mewing coming from underneath the structure. This little guy was only found because he was able to reach one paw out from underneath a pile of burning debris. He is one month old and so far his worst injuries are the burns to his face. His airway is intact and he getting better by the hour. With no other means to get this kitten medical care I have taken responsibility for his vet bills and they are piling up fast. He's a fighter and doing well but needs a lot of attention.
If you would like to verify that this Kitten is getting care, he is currently at Valley Veterinary Hospital in Ellensburg. Donations can be made directly to them if that is more convenient, the kitten is currently listed as Kitten Ybarra until he gets a name. He's expected to be under observation for 3 days, possibly longer depending on how he fares.
Times are tough, if you don't have anything to spare please share this page.
