kitten emergency: help save chicken
Donation protected

hi everyone! i recently took my 10 month old kitten to the UF small animal emergency clinic and she was diagnosed with pyometra and needed an emergency spay surgery. the surgery itself was $1800 and the pre-examination was $700.
pyometra is an extremely fatal condition and if she doesn’t receive emergency surgery within the next few days, she has a zero percent chance of surviving. with treatment, her chances of survival are over ninety-five percent.
i’m a college student, doing my best to keep up with school, a part-time job and my pets. i never imagined i’d be in this position. i’m doing everything i can, i’ve applied for care credit, spoken with the hospital, and reached out to animal aid programs. however, with the cost being over $2500, and as a student, i just don’t have those kinds of funds, especially not this suddenly.
if you can help, whether it’s $5 or $50, or even just sharing this page to friends and social media, it would mean the world to me. every dollar will go directly to her surgery and post-care. time is critical as i previously mentioned and she has at most 3-5 days to live.
thank you for taking the time to read this and for sharing. thank you for helping me save my best friend.
