Kit’s Endometriosis and Adenomyosis Surgery & Medical Costs

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult chapters of my life to ask for support—whether through a donation or simply by sharing this fundraiser with others.

Last August, I underwent surgery to remove endometriosis in hopes of getting relief and moving forward. Unfortunately, things took an unexpected turn. In the months that followed, I experienced a sudden and aggressive recurrence of the disease. I’ve now also been diagnosed with adenomyosis, and the progression has been incredibly painful—both physically and emotionally.

Since the end of January, the pain has become debilitating and daily. It’s left me unable to work, and I’ve had multiple emergency room visits and even a hospital stay just to manage the severity of it. After exploring every option, it’s clear that another surgery is my only path forward.

I’m scheduled for a total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingectomy (removal of fallopian tubes), and excision of endometriosis and scar tissue on 5/14/2025. This surgery is vital for giving me the chance to get my life back—to be able to work again, to live without constant pain, and to finally start healing.

My family and I have been doing everything we can to stay afloat during this time, but we’re now facing a mountain of medical bills and the financial strain of ensuring this surgery can actually happen.
