I am Charles, also known as as Chuck or in the poker world as OVERTOP69. I have recently had a disaster in my apartment. My entire kitchen was flooded from a broken pipe two floors above me . It caused asbestos damage and mold remediation. I now have anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months of work to be done on my apartment. Not having insurance I don't get much as far as subsidys. My entire kitchen needs to be replaced and maybe more. Although the landlord is responsible for the repairs and cleanup I apparently am not entitled to any compensation. I will be without a functionin kitchen for the majority of the time hence adding to my cost of living. I am already on disability so this puts incredible financial strain on me. Please help me.
