Kitchen 42 Food Truck-Plant Based

Chef Tyler Graham of Kitchen 42 is asking for support from his community to help raise funds for a food truck, to run his mobile food business.
Kitchen 42 will serve Santa Clara & Stanislaus counties. Aside from offering up delicious, fun plant based food, our core mission is to feed as many of those who are in need as we can. Over the years, Tyler has worked in many notable restaurants, stretching from San Francisco to Las Vegas, working for Wolfgang Puck, Kerry Simon, and many others. He has found favor and admiration by all, in every kitchen he has ever stepped into. Each diverse experience and form of cooking has helped shape who he is today.
Within the last few years, it has become evident that his passion has become plant based cooking. Tyler has found a way to completely transform any preconceived thoughts most have about Vegan/plant based cooking. His dishes are woven with inspiration from many ethnic backgrounds. He not only excels in making your favorite comfort foods like burgers, pizzas, tacos and sides...but can also craft a 5 course meal that is artistically pleasing as it is appetizing.
Whether it is a meal he has created for a table of twenty, or a table for one...each plate is an experience. Tyler has dreamt about taking Kitchen 42 to new heights..and being mobile will help him have the ability to share his passion of cooking more abundantly. A food truck will not only allow him to cook for people in San Jose and Modesto but also for private dinner parties and events. And above all, to aid in his core mission: which is to feed as many hungry people in need throughout the community as he can.

$3000.00 Donations will include a 5 course private dinner party for up to 4.
$5000.00 Donations will include a 5 course private dinner party for up to 8.
$10.000 Donations will include a 5 course private dinner party for up to 20.
Larger Donations will also include a private dinner party that can be used for yourself and your friends or it can be gifted for someone else of your choosing and the details can be worked out through Tyler. A private dinner party can also be substituted for a donation given to a charity of your choice.
