Kitava exists to help people lead healthy and meaningful lives, by nourishing people and our community through healthy food and conscious sourcing.
We're a mission-driven restaurant that believes healthy food should approachable for everyone. Our globally-inspired menu is 100% gluten-free, featuring veggie-centric meals with a heavy emphasis on health-promoting ingredients. We believe in serving food that tastes great, is good for our health, and is consciously sourced.
We thrive on bringing a diverse group of people together to enjoy nourishing meals with good company. In times like these, it's devastating that we can't live out this mission in our dining room every day.
But even more devastating is the toll this pandemic is having on our staff and their families. While we're proud not to have laid anyone off during this crisis, we've had to drastically reduce hours for almost everyone on our team. They are all sacrificing to provide healthy meals to our community, including the hospital workers we provide food to twice a week.
