On Sunday, October 18th we lost our friend and brother Kitae Chae. He was a big part of our lives for many years and will be sorely missed.


As many of you know, Kitae and his family were already dealing with the tragic loss of his mother who passed just one week earlier. Showing true generosity of spirit, Kitae's cousin Sung Joo, is making the final arrangements for both Kitae and his mother. However, we believe it is our duty to help with this heavy burden, and are asking those of you who knew and loved Kitae as we did to join us.

Sung is a team member on the GFM along with two other life long friends of Kitae and everyone will assure all funds accounted for. 

We know these are tough times so please give only if you are able. The funds will be used to cover Kitae's final arrangements with any remainder going to the care of his surviving father who is also dealing with serious medical issues.


We also ask that you join us to say our goodbyes on Wednesday, October 28th at 12:00PM Greenlawn Memorial in Colma. For those who want to come to the burial service, please wear a mask and observe proper social distancing.
