Hi, my name is Charles Evanes, and I’m raising funds to bring KISA (Key Immediate Support Assistance) to life.

KISA is an emergency support system designed to fill the gaps that 911 cannot cover. In situations like home invasions, kidnappings, or domestic violence, silence is often the only option for survival. KISA gives victims a voice when they cannot speak — with features like:

• Silent activation: If someone activates KISA and remains silent for 10 seconds, trained operators automatically dispatch a wellness check.

• Dual response units: One unit for the scene, another for tracking moving victims or suspects — something 911 does not currently provide.

• Bluetooth photo technology: Helps identify suspects or confirm who is present at the scene for faster investigations.

This is not meant to replace 911 — it’s designed to upgrade and expand it, giving law enforcement more tools and giving victims more hope.

We are raising $5,000 to cover the legal costs of securing this idea (trademarking, protections, and representation). Once protected, we can take this proposal to local sheriffs, mayors, city councils, and lawmakers to make it a reality.
