Kirstie and Fins Journey ❤️

Donation protected
Hi everyone , my names Nicola and I’m fundraising on behalf of Kirstie and her poorly puppy Fin.

As many of you will know Kirstie’s puppy Fin was hit by a car on 22nd March. Kirstie did drop Fins lead and understands that’s her doing but under legal requirements to stop this driver did so then quickly drove off knowing full well what they had done. For Kirstie this was hard to swallow as surely most people would at least have the morals to pull over and check in??
This accident left Fin with devastating injuries to not only his front and back leg but his bladder aswell. During this time Fin has had a plate in his front paw , an op on his bladder due to a tear , leaving him in continent and still now he can’t urinate properly, 3 screws in his hip due to a fractured growth plate and that has a high chance of the failing meaning more work will be considered and possible Hydrotherapy.
Kirstie has insurance for Fin and has done everything in her power to find the extra money that is now exceeding the £12,000 cover.
During her trips to Bristol and back Kirstie's car blew up , having to hire a car for 2 weeks ( to get to Fin ) and then buy a new one which is a must have for these appointments and her work.
Fins Journey is far from over and yet again on wednesday 23rd Kirstie has to travel back to Bristol for a CT scan to see what is/isn’t working and what happens next. The CT Scan alone is just shy of £1,000.
Bristol are now giving time frames for the money to be paid or more a less saying not to bring Fin back
Fin means the world to Kirstie and she is now beside herself with worry but I also know she wouldn’t ask anyone for a penny , but I can see how much this is hurting her at the thought of loosing Fin.

please If you can spare anything , even if it’s a £1 it all adds up and it may be the difference between a woman and her dog having the future they deserve. Kirstie gives her whole heart as a Marie curie nurse and anything anyone can give will mean so much to her.
Thankyou for reading and if you cant donate anything ….. PLEASE SHARE THIS!! ❤️ Thankyou so much. Xx

UPDATE on Fin
So some positive news and some not so positive news The front right and left leg breaks have healed well the pelvis has also healed well we haven’t really done anything more as far as the bladder is concerned at the moment but that seems to be going in a positive way. However, as we were concerned would happen necrosis has set into his hip so therefore his hip is compromised we have two choices either remove the hip joint or he has a hip replacement so either way further surgery is required he is not in pain at present. He has put on weight again so I am staying positive as I can. Can I take this opportunity to thank everyone for your support yet again? I know I keep saying it, but you don’t know how much I appreciate it and how much it keeps me going to stay positive. I will never give up on him he is my Fin settled
