Hi! I’m Jenny and my husband is Kirk. We are asking for your help with cancer treatment. Just before Christmas 2021 Kirk was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. The lymphoma is in his neck, armpits, hips and abdomen. Not exactly what we wanted for Christmas.

Kirk is just starting chemotherapy treatment and we weren’t sure what to expect. We have quickly learned that the medication he requires is expensive! Unfortunately we do not have any medical benefits to help with those costs.

We are a one income household (just my income) because we are looking after a family member who requires someone home with her, so Kirk has been unable to work. I’m sure there will be days that I will need to miss work to be available to help and support my husband.

We aren’t asking for a lot. Anything that is left over and not used for Kirk’s treatment expenses will be donated to the Cancer Society.
