Help Kirk Keep K&K Retic Alive

My name is Graeme Meade, and on behalf of Kerry Meade my Mother, I am coordinating this GoFundMe campaign with my wife Amy.  Kerry is a mother of 5 children and loving wife of Kirk Meade and is in serious help of funds to upkeep household bills, business liabilities and general living expenses while Kirk is ICU.

THE BACKSTORY: in 2018 Kirk suffered a ischemic stroke and ended up in hospital unsure of what the outcome would be he miraculously came out of it with almost no injury at all but had to close his business until he was cleared by specialists and was allowed to get back into his work. On Monday morning, August 20 2019, Just over a year later Kirk suffered a major haemorrhagic stroke caused by A.V.Ms on the right side of the brain while getting ready for work. What happened to kirk was unexpected and extremely devastating to his family and friends, especially his wife and five children.  By 11 am on that day Kirk had emergency surgery to relieve swelling in his brain and by 2pm Kirk is out of surgery and on life support under sedation.

Kirks currently in stable yet critical condition in the I.C.U at Sir Charles Gardiner hospital. We ask that you continue to keep him and his family in your prayers as they try to stay strong and positive during this challenging time.

For those of you who know Kirk well can tell you he is a really great guy who never gives up on a challenge, he loves to play cricket and devoted team captain. He’s a passionate businessman and owner of K&K Reticulation services a family run business he established back in 1989, a talented musician and song writer, he’s a dedicated father, loving husband, and a fun grandfather (Bimpy), he is a family man through and through. Kirk is the foundation of his family, home and business and is the head of the household financially for everyone.  

HOW YOU CAN HELP: We anticipate a long journey ahead and we are raising funds to help my  mother Kerry pay for household bills, expenses, and business hardship agreements entered into by Kirk after last years stroke to avoid bankruptcy and loss of the family home while Kirk is in the hospital. In addition myself and my siblings will spend as much time doing what we can keeping the business alive while our mother looks after our father. Asking for help is never easy for anyone, especially in a public forum, but we are left with no choice at this point.
