Kirk Swenson

We are trying to assist with raising funds for the expenses in the sudden unexpected passing of one of the most amazing people to walk this earth or rock a stage, Mr. Kirk Swenson.

Sadly Kirk's heart, that had given so much love over his 52 years, had beat its last beat Wednesday, March 6th, 2024.

His life has been a rockin' ride and he would make an impact on the life of every person he would meet. He was charismatic, smart, talented, funny, with a big heart, and a big smile!

Most will know him from playing in various bands around Levittown, like Lunch meat, Stems & Seeds, Angry Vic, Ragtag Rebels, and F.F.OG. Not to mention his notorious Open Mic Nights!

If he wasn't jamming on the stage, he was supporting his friends in the crowd, having a Miller Lite and playing cards.

Which is how he found his fantastic wife Mary Jane and over the last few years after his mother's passing, he got to enjoy being an instant Grandfather and Step-father. A role he was a natural at.

Him and his wife had been though some financial ups and downs, just like all of us, but without her rock, she could use some help putting his body to rest since this was so unexpected.

They had even just adopted a sweet puppy over the weekend and were looking forward to raising her together.

Plans for a Life Celebration will be announced eventually, please be patient with the family as they cope with this.

However, in the words of Kirk, "Life is Good" and I know he's somewhere listening to Iron Maiden, drinking a beer, and making a friend.
