My name is Rick Hastey. We are trying to raise funds for Kirk Lowe’s Family. They need all the help they can get for burial and medical bills. Kirk was tragically shot in the chest and then died of his injuries hours later. This was senseless. Kirk and I have worked together for many years. He was a wonderful friend, an incredibly loyal employee and all around good man who cared deeply for others.
